Pimping this out to the rest of my friends list, because I know that at least some of you will want to know about this:

My brilliant and talented friend lady_mishegas has created vegetariansnark, for snarking particularly misguided attempts by carnivores to understand what vegetarians eat, like the misconception that all vegetarians dishes must include tofu, portobello mushrooms or gluten cubes in order to be considered an entree.

Go!  Eat, drink and be snarky.

Word! It's far easier for me to drop vegetarians from the guest list then figure out how I'm going to put together a minimum number of dishes to suit their finicky requirements. I guess if I want to see these people any more, I need to have fewer dinner parties and more afternoon teas.
