This... disturbs me in a weird way. Maybe that it's mixed with all the other portraits folks have been posting. But there was some movie I saw as an impressionable youth where the face / head of one of the characters was whizzing / blurring all over... constnatly - they were either insane or something similar.

It bugged the hell out of me.
