Jeez, I only recognized one of those words, and I got it wrong. Heck, I don't even know what is meant by "damper"!

It's a pouch for storing matches. The "damper" in this case is a chimney damper. All of the words on it can be used to describe a damper (particularly a closed damper) -- in some sense or another.
