eeek! Noooo!! Though the nudity in the picture distracted me for jeeest a moment there.

Have I thanked you lately for this icon? I get a lot of mileage out of it.

I actually had an internal bet with myself over who would be the first to respond to the implied nudity in the picture. (I lost.)

Yay for pensive-looking weegee!

There still are snow berms outside the Donelan's parking lot on 2A in Acton! I was very amused to see them the last time we drove by.

It's a wikkid bad sunburn. I'm okay other than being ouchy today -- no medical attention required. :-)

As [livejournal.com profile] keyne observed last night, I need to be reminded every year that it is possible to get sunburned even in April.

We made the same mistake, but it was a wee back rather than a large arm that paid the price.

I hope Q wasn't affected similarly.

I was going to say HOORAY FOR MOSTLY NEKKID MONDAY! But instead I'll just send sympathetic thoughts your way. I know your pain.

He was, I'm afraid. :/ But he knows next time to insist that Dad apply sunscreen first :}

White vinegar! My mother's miracle cure for sunburn. (Yes, you will smell like a salad, but it's worth it.)

Ow. Ow ow ow ow. Ow.

Right. Sunscreen good when there's sun, regardless of temperature.

My feelings at the moment are more embarrassment mixed with awe. As in, "I can't believe I went biking in 80dF sunshine and forgot to put on sunscreen, but DAMN if it didn't make a mighty impressive burn!"

I will try to make the next mostly-nekkid post a good deal more interesting.

Vinegar is indeed fantastic. The acetic acid in basic terms is a topical NSAID, and helps with the inflammation and the pain.
