Has he been exposed to any exotic chemicals or radiation? Have you had him checked for super-speed? (The original version of the Flash didn't wear a mask, but protected his secret identity by vibrating his features so no one could get a good look at or picture of him.)

Try when he's asleep, and therefore less likely to be moving as quickly. :)

Now you have a fancy-schmancy camera, you can play with things like shutter priority and ISO sensitivity and will learn how to take crisp photographs of speeding children...

Having said that, I think the motion blur is very effective :)
