topazSo, I've been sick for something like two weeks now. The first week just felt like a typical bad late-fall cold. Then I started getting feverish, and my ears filled up with fluid, and the oough got even worse. So I called Acton Medical, hooked up with a primary-care physician (first time in about six years) and scheduled an urgent-care appointment. And wouldn't you know it, I've got a touch of pneumonia. Zithromax for five days, and if it doesn't feel better by Monday come back in.
I'm on the third day and feeling only slightly improved, really. Still so weak I'm barely able to walk. It had better be over by Monday.![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
keyne is about at the end of her rope, and my employer has been very understanding about the extended leave, but I don't wanna push my luck.
Sigh. Grumble. Back to bed.
