YOU'VE GROWN A BEARD.

I may need to keep some of these pictures...for um, future reference.

Yeah, liking the beard-ness, dear.

Oh, no question, the beard is ten times better than the long hair ever was.

Maybe it's my tastes maturing, but I'll take a facial hair over a ponytail any day. ;-)

The beard's not bad, but i think that the Van Dyke would be the best look for you.

For about three years when Morgan was a toddler I wore a chinstrap-style beard, largely because I could not grow a mustache for love or money. The effect was sort of Amish Hippie. It was very unsettling.

The current project is the result of Morgan misinterpreting my failure to shave for a week as an effort to grow a beard.

Yes, the beard is HOT, dear man. But has anyone else noticed the, erm, THIGHS? I may need to get a close-up, for, as [livejournal.com profile] weegoddess puts it "reference."

It's awesome to see you fulfilling goals! And you and [livejournal.com profile] keyne can post as many photos of you in spandex as the interwebby can contain *drools*

*Raises eyebrow, which is a few inches in front of a short ponytail, and a few inches above no beard.* Perhaps I have chosen poorly.

[livejournal.com profile] plumtreeblossom was just allowing as how my state of hirsuteness could be improved. I forget whether she was excited about the idea of me in a beard of of me with short hair.

I like the beard! I was trying to place what was different in the pictures, and then [livejournal.com profile] weegoddess helpfully pointed it out to me.

The bits between my goatee and my mustache didn't really develop until recently. I was certainly glad when i could close the circle on the circle beard. I ought to update my icons to reflect that...

Hurray, Tim! That is some serious thigh-age.

How are you liking the new wheels?

They're awful fun! Nice ride, excellent components, very responsive, etc.... The chief downsides are the luggage problem (still haven't figured out if I can fit a pannier on this bike without kicking it off all the time), and the fenders: the front wheel is so close to the crankarms that if I turn the wheel while my foot is facing forward, the end of the fender scrapes hell out of my toes. If I can figure out how to solve those problems it will be a highly satisfying choice indeed. :-)

How are you liking CHINA?
