Aside from the fact that I'm assuming you took this shot with your cell phone, if cell phones interfered with computers' functioning, cell phone usage would drop by 75% in my library without my saying a thing.

Anyway, if the RMV just hired some off-duty librarians for shushing duty, they wouldn't have this problem.
