Time pedaling: 6:03:09. (average speed 12mph)
Time elapsed: about 8 hours 30 minutes. I stopped frequently to take pictures, and had a couple of longer stops for lunch and snacks.
Food consumed:
Lessons learned: Probably several, but the important one I finally internalized is: don't eat when you feel hungry, eat when you feel tired. I'm getting a better sense for how my muscles and my digestive system are related. And I'm starting to see why
