Today, before Quinn's birthday dinner, the boys and I went to the International Steampunk City festival in Waltham. Only for a few hours, sadly, so we only saw a few of you.

Lots of pictures on Flickr, but here are two standouts:

Mayor Grymm and his "right hand man," Emperor Justinian Stanislaus.

That hand was a work of genius. It was fully articulated and frankly kind of creepy.

Morgan, testing out hats:
