Antje Duvekot

Are any of you familiar with Antje Duvekot?  I've been listening to her for a couple of years, first on WERS and then on Radio Paradise, but only recently have fallen head over heels for her.  It just occurred to me that, being as she's a Somerville local, it's not inconceivable that someone on my friends list actually knows her. :-)

Heh, I have an album of hers. Don't know her personally but saw her at Club Passim many times with mycroft.

chaiya and I have seen her several times at Passim, and I've spoken with her after some of the shows.

I've been seeing her whenever I can for a few years now. I still have vague hopes she'll make me her boyfriend, break up with me and then write songs about where we went wrong.

I once got to sing with her at Passim. (She asked for some guys from the audience and scholargipsy and I were feeling brave. Afterward she thanked us for our dirgelike qualities. :)

Heh, I think I know what you mean. Except that "Dandelion" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AKnTpRvdQJI) is already a song about my relationship with omegabeth, so I don't really need her to write another one.

You sang with her?! Wow, I can't imagine feeling that brave. Maybe drunk.

keyne and I will be seeing her Friday night in Natick. I'm completely gaga.
