DRIVING LICENCE

All drivers must have a valid Drivers License. Anyone found driving their vehicle without a drivers licence will be disqualified. You will then be summarily exectuted by the Rally Firing Squad and your body attached to the front of a car Mad Max style as a deterant to anyone else who is breaking the rules. (Do you see a theme here? Please obey the law.)

THE CAR ITSELF

The vehicle must cost less than $500. If you did not purchase the car you must provide a signed witness statement from someone stating that they feel $500 is on the expensive side as a valuation for your car. An accompanying photo of them laughing themselves senseless upon first site of the car is a plus.

The truth is that I think it sounds like incredible fun too, but I think the probability of me figuring out a way to take part is much lower, so I just have to connive my friends into doing it so I can watch.

/me thinks about the Chevy Citation I owned that got valued by the state for tax purposes at $500. I bought it for $50, and put about $150 into it to get it sticker-worthy.

It was the first and only car I ever owned, bought because $JOB made me, and that $500 valutaion was definitely side-splitting.
