May be Leo Kottke's "Busted Bicycle," ironically enough.

Now I just want to spend all day watching this guy's Kottke covers.

Definitely 'Busted Bicycle'. Very well done, too.

Ok, so which Kottke album do I need to buy first? "6- and 12-String Guitar," or something more recent? (I know the link was a cover but I'm just hearing the originals for the first time on YouTube.)

"6- and 12-String Guitar" is the classic masterwork. I think that both "The Best of Leo Kottke" and "Instrumentals: the Best of the Capitol Years" are also excellent.

I'm very fond of both "Greenhouse" and "My Father's Face", but I think I am in a minority on those. Both of them have vocals, which have really never been the man's strong point, but I think they work very well on those two albums. And "Louise" (on Greenhouse) is one of his signature songs.

I'm not as fond of his work in the last 10-15 years but he's done some good stuff. You won't go wrong with 6- and 12-String Guitar, that's for sure.
