It's a plain old cappuccino! I have no idea what the π is supposed to mean. If you rotate the cup 90 degrees counterclockwise (or should I say π/2 radians?) it looks like an F, but that doesn't make any sense either.

I liked the idea of archaeologists, hundreds of years from now, coming across the perfectly preserved coffee lid in a landfill, and coming up with wild hypotheses about the meaning of the symbol.

Is it possible that it's a two-shot cappuccino, with hash marks for counting and an underline for emphasis?

Alternately, could it be a hieroglyph meaning that the drink is supposed to have steam rising off of it?
