This Guy (http://www.clusterballoon.org/) files Cluster Balloons pretty regularly. He straps into them rather than using a lawn chair, and is able to make safe landings on foot. Pretty cool!
Thanks for that amazing link. I thought for the longest time that the whole lawn-chair ballooning thing was an urban legend (even before I knew the term) and have been fascinated with the concept ever since.
