You should definitely see Iron Man. Very worthwhile. I can't speak to the new Hulk movie, except that I am perplexed (after the first movie) that they perceived a market for a sequel, and that what I have seen of it does not look promising.
It's a reboot, not a sequel, from what I understand.
The earlier movie was OK, but it didn't make up for the damage it did to the comic. (They forced the author to make changes in keeping with the script, and he got fed up with it an quit, and then they didn't actually make the movie for 4 years.)
It's my understanding that the Thor movie (which went into development hell a bit after the first Spider-Man movie) is coming in the next year or so, and that the reason why they pushed a Hulk film was to go along with the Iron Man and Thor movie, so they can make an Avengers movie (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Avengers_(comics)) and a sequel to all three movies at once-though they are thankfully sparing us from an Ant-Man film.
I really wonder whether they'll make another Captain America movie-the one that came out in 1990 (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0103923/) was *very* bad.
I've heard confusing things about whether or not the new movie is a sequel. I have heard it described as a reboot, but the trailer I saw appears to have the military tracking down Bruce Banner in the jungle where he's hiding -- which makes it sound an awful lot like a sequel. Either way I'm not encouraged.
