Holy crap! Is it doing that now? My cube is located a decent hike from the nearest window, in case you couldn't tell. :)

That storm looks a lot like the one that snuck up on me 10 minutes after leaving my house on Sunday. I was stuck in a long queue of cars to cross a bridge when suddenly it started blowing and then pouring rain. I had to turn around and drive back ASAP to make sure that my new apartment was not being flooded (due to everything that could be left open being left open because of te 90+ heat in said apartment, of course).

I'm torn on how I might feel about being on a bike in this situation: on the one hand, I wouldn't have been trapped in stop-and-go traffic. On the other hand, I'd have been completely soaked if not drowned or washed away.

Yes! Hoo boy was I happy I didn't have more than a few miles to ride when it hit...

Dude. Oddly enough, it didn't rain in Central Square at all, and I walked home after work without once needing to open my umbrella.

BTW, I still have bumper stickers and can put one in my mailbox for you to pick up. Sorry I flaked out on that last week!
