Date: 2008-09-10 07:06 pm (UTC)(I still think that's the way to bet, but the post-convention bounce of McCain-Palin is better than I'd've predicted they'd be doing at this point. I was expecting an election closer to Clinton-Dole, where the former was 13 points ahead at this point in the cycle.)
Or Obama could try the strategy (http://edition.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/05/29/obamas.first.campaign/index.html) that won him his 1996 seat in the legislature, and see if he can get the signatures that put McCain on the ballot invalidated. :-)
