Apparently sweetened condensed milk. How come? I don't know. (In my prior experience, espresso and sweetened condensed milk has been known as a "Vietnamese," not that that makes much more sense.)

Dulce de Leche is usually made with sweetened condensed milk, so I can see that, although it's really more of a "South American latte" really.
