Brattleboro travelogue
Aug. 20th, 2004 06:16 pmAs promised, ride diary and pictures from my bike trip to Brattleboro. Read all about the fortified encampments in Winchester, the jaded New Hampshire shopkeepers, and the undiscovered mysteries of the Sugar House. Find out what's cool to do in Ashburnham, and the really awesome milestone I reached.
(Note to folks on slower connections: that page has about 180K of thumbnails on it. Sorry. I shrank them down as much as I could.)

When your muscles are completely depleted of glycogen, you get suddenly exhausted, headachy, sometimes nauseated -- generally feel like hammered shit. It's pretty unpleasant. Eat your peanut butter.
