I have not trained either! I have only spent five days on my bike in the last nine months! Ride with me!

Ha! You are tougher than I am. I've seriously done one five-mile shakedown ride since I broke my foot in August of 2006, so I think that I would both probably die and also probably hurt myself, tempting though the idea is :)
