According to Flickr's referrer logs, all of those views came from this page in my photostream:



... which in turn was only viewed 13 times that day.

Your guess is as good as mine.

That one day for your deviled eggs picture beats all the hits my top ten have ever gotten. (And my #1 only got as many as it did because it happened to have "Tiger Woods" in the explanatory text. :-) )

I admit, while it's a nice picture (attractive subject, good composition), I can't explain the sudden flurry of popularity. (I wish Flickr would give a little more detail about referrals.)
