topazWhat's up with this? Every now and then I see a vehicle on the highway -- almost always a big freight truck -- with the words "FREE NP" scrawled on it, usually written in the grime on the back door. This one appeared to have it written in duct tape.
Does anyone know what it means? Google insists that it is either a neopets reference or a topic of research in nuclear physics. I find this doubtful.

pheromone identified this phenomenon a couple of years ago, but as far as I can remember she did not learn the mystic secret either.
Edit: Apparently it stands for "free nipples" or "free nipple peeks" and is some sort of trash-radio slogan. See http://www.returntothepit.com/view.php?formid=9853 and http://prog.livejournal.com/470138.html.
