"We're having her transferred to Mass General. She's definitely going to have to have surgery on that ankle, and our orthopedic surgeon is pretty good but he took one look at this and said, nuh-uh...."
John, can you go meet her at Mass General? I'll see what I can do to make sure they let you in.
