Date: 2007-07-18 07:31 pm (UTC)What's really going on in my head is that the state is talking about figuring out ways to promote alternative transportation, and it seems to me that offering safe roadway cycling classes FOR FREE would be a great start, and the area is probably going to need more instructors.
It's not exactly well-thought-out. That's why it's a goal and not part of a plan. :-)
