At the consumer/prosumer level, there's really not any hands-down advantage to one over the other that you're ever going to notice. They both make awesome gear.
...of course, the µ4/3rds cameras (like the olympus E-Pen) are really sexy. Not sure if I'm willing to give up an actual viewfinder though.
